Jezamine has over twenty years of experience advising clients on the protection of their creative works. Her work in the fine art sector includes providing commercial advice relating to contracts for artists, collectors, dealers and auction houses as well as the review of terms and conditions of sale.

On the contentious side, Jezamine handles disputes concerning ownership, authenticity and provenance, misattributed artwork, restitution claims, loss of sale and breach of contract. She regularly gives advice to clients regarding contractual terms and the exclusion of liability. Jezamine has significant experience in handling cross border disputes litigated in the High Court of Hong Kong involving PRC individuals and entities.

Jezamine has contributed to the Hong Kong chapter for The Art Collecting Legal Handbook, 3^rd edition, Edward Elgar Publishing, 2023.
